Student Home Directories 2018-2019

At the end of each instructional year, Technology Services deletes all student network accounts and all associated student home directories on school file servers in preparation for the new school year.  

If you would like a copy of the 2018-2019 data stored in your students’ home directories, a request must be submitted to the Help Desk by end of day Friday, May 24, 2019.  If you submit a ticket for this backup process, someone from our Enterprise Services team will contact you with instructions on how to access and copy the student data.

Student network accounts and associated home directory data will be deleted on or about June 17, 2019 (non year-round schools) and on or after July 1, 2018 (year-round schools).
